It is important to eat breakfast when you leave your bed and have to go to work. You have to develop regular  habit of eating breakfast. Because benefits of eating breakfast are numerous.
When you woke up the blood sugar that your body need to make your muscles and brain work is usually low. Healthy food like dairy, grains and fruits that you eat in your breakfast gives you some vitamins and nutrients.

Here are the best foods that you can eat in the morning.


Eating healthy breakfast is  important. But skipping breakfast rather than eating unhealthy food may be better.


1: Coffee 


Having a cup of coffee is a good way to start your day.  It is best for depression treatment, reduces risk of developing skin cancer, sharpen your memory, increase your positive mood, makes you more smarter , increase your energy level, reduces risk of stroke and also reduces the risk of developing Alzheimer disease.


2: Eggs


Eggs are rich source of  Vitamin D,B6,B12 
minerals (zinc, iron and copper) and in selenium. Eating egg in your breakfast helps you to lose your body fats. Egg is high in Cholesterol but doesn't effects to the blood cholesterol level of most people. It rises HDL ( The good) Cholesterol level. Reduces the risk of heart disease. Egg is also high in Vitamin A  which is beneficial for healthy eyes.


3: Yogurt 


Yogurt contains nutrients good for maintaining health of bones including calcium, potassium, proteins, phosphorus and in some cases vitamin D. It protects you against Osteoporosis ,  prevent hypertension, regulates cholesterol level, lower risk of colorectal cancer and diabetes mellitus , provides omega_3 for vegetarians.

4: Nuts 


Nuts helps you maintain your cholesterol level. Although nuts are high in calories but study suggested that you doesn't absorb all the fats in them. Nuts are naturally low in sodium, contain potassium and most of them contains carbohydrates in the form of natural sugar. Nuts helps in maintaining a good healthy blood pressure.
It also prevent risk of developing type 2 diabetes. A research found that a women who ate 30g of nuts per day for 5 or more days of week have approximately 30% less risk of developing type 2 diabetes compare to those who ate few or no nuts.

 Tea is most consumed drink in the world after water. Recent studies have shown green tea have positive effects  on everything from weight loss to type 2 diabetes, liver disorder and Alzheimer disease. Some studies have shown positive impact of green tea for breast, bladder,lungs, skin, stomach, bowel, thoart and ovarian cancer.

Diets rich in potassium may helps to maintain healthy blood pressure. Fruits are rich in nutrients, potassium, dietary fiber , vitamin C and in folic acid( folate).
The nutrients in it are essential for health and maintenance of your body. The potassium in fruits reduces the risk of developing heart disease and stroke. Potassium may also reduce risk of developing kidney stones and help to decrease bone loss as you age. Folic acid (folate) help body from red blood cells.

7: Chia seeds


They are loaded with antioxidants that help to  protect the delicate fats in the seeds. Chia seeds are one of the most nutritious food on the earth.
They contain high amount of omega_3 fatty acids, fibers (  All carbohydrates in seeds are fiber.
