When inflammation occur, body's white cells release chemicals in your blood and it affected the body tissues which protects your body from foreign substances.Inflammatory disease consist of vast numbers of diseases and conditions like inflammation of arteries cause heart disease, inflammation in the joints causes arthritis,inflammation of colon causes ulcerative colitis. thus inflammation of body causes serious threat to the body.

1: Tomatoes:

Tomatoes are high in vitamin-C, potassium and lycopene and antioxidants with impressive anti-inflammatory properties.Tomatoes are excellent source of lycopene which reduces inflammation and protect against cancer.

2: Olive oil:

Olive oil is technically a fruit it behaves more likely a vegetable. Olive are low in sugar and carbs.Olive oil has strong anti-inflammatory properties. Olive oil contains large amount of antioxidants. Olive oil reduce inflammation and fight with cancer and fasten wound healing process. It is protective against heart disease. It is rich in healthy monounsaturated fats.

3: Turmeric:

Turmeric is a spice that comes from the root of the turmeric plant.It is related to ginger. Curcumin a substance in turmeric, may help to reduce inflammation in your body. a 2006 studies showed that turmeric was more effective for preventing joint inflammation.

4: Fatty Fish:

Oily fish like salmon, mackerel, tuna and sardines are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which can help to reduce inflammation of the body. a study in 2009 suggested that a men who consume a large amount of omega-3 from baked or fried fish reduces the risk of death by 23 percent from heat disease, compare with those people who consumes the least amount.

Another a large source of inflammation fighting fats is nuts like almonds and they are rich in fiber, calcium and vitamin E.Walnuts and they contains high amount of alpha-linolenic acid, a type of omega-3 fat. all type of nuts contains antioxidants that help your body to fight off and damage caused by inflammation.
