Food that helps you to sleep:



Having a good diet not only favours your nutrition it helps  you to sleep well changing  eating is a good alternative to fighting insomnia and control sleep disorders .


So now I am telling you what the ideal foods are to sleep well. 


1: Banana;






It is a natural sleeping pills. 
Bananas which is packed with magnesium and potassium helps your body to remain relax.


2: Crackers:







Whole grain crackers contains serotonin.
Crackers  have sleep inducing effects.


3: Cherry juice:








Cherry juice is rich in melatonin. Which is sleep hormone .


4: Valerian tea:






It helps in quelling nerves and it also releives aniexity.  


5: Diary products:







Like cheese,milk, butter and yogurt  helps you to sleep well because they contain tryptophan.

Tryptophan is an amino acid that favours the production of serotonin which has a calming effect and melatonin , a substance that regulate the cycle of wakefulness and sleep.


6: Honey:





It also contain tryptophan .
If it is added to milk it increase its power to sleep better .



7: Carbohydrates 






Carbohydrates foods increases the level of tryptophan in blood . Therefore it is recommended to take light dinner.  But rich in carbohydrates to sleep well.


8: Chamomile tea







It has the sedative effect on the body . One of the factor that alter sleep in stress .




Exercise is also recommended for better sleep.
